We're looking for a results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Store Space Self Storage. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for increasing sales, managing facility operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**

  • Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling
  • Manage facility operations, including cleanliness and maintenance of bathrooms, hallways, lobby, and other areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle cash transactions, report sales, and make daily deposits
  • Maintain company standards and adhere to policies

**Qualifications**

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (e.g., retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
  • 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections experience (cold calling)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
  • Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
  • Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods
  • Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
