Overview:
SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach is seeking a motivated resultsoriented Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a fullservice restoration and construction company we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this role you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate updates addressing customer inquiries handling afterhour calls (on a rotating basis with the customer service team) and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations. You will join a team of dedicated customer service professionals all working together to deliver topnotch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries updates and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Assist with afterhour calls on a rotating basis ensuring customers needs are addressed promptly.

  • Manage customer communications via phone email and text ensuring timely responses and resolutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

  • Perform administrative duties to support restoration and construction projects.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with scheduling followups and projectrelated tasks as needed.

  • Demonstrate a resultsoriented mindset ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service administrative roles or a similar environment is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle highpressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with office software and technology (experience with CRM or job management software is a plus).

  • Availability to handle afterhour calls on a rotating basis as part of the role.

  • Positive teamoriented attitude with a strong customer service focus.

  • A resultsoriented approach with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer needs and operational goals.
