Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in ensuring that our store provides an exceptional customer experience. This includes educating consumers about our products and services, making recommendations based on their financial needs, and overseeing account management processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan process.
  • Oversee account management, including collection calls and recovery processes while maintaining a focus on customer service.
  • Develop customer relationships and complete inbound and outbound call campaigns daily to build new business.
  • Maximize customer success by offering ancillary products that fit their needs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
