Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of customer service representatives. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop your leadership skills and coach the team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
  • Oversee account management, including collection calls and recovery processes while maintaining a focus on customer service.
  • Develop customer relationships and complete inbound and outbound call campaigns daily to build new business and maintain store profitability.
  • Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
