**Job Description:

As a Patient Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of nurses and support staff
  • Ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance patient satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting key performance indicators

**Responsibilities:*

  • Supervise and manage a team of patient care staff
  • Develop and implement patient-centered care initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BSN degree required; MBA or MSN preferred
  • 5+ years full-time RN experience in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of improving patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
