Parking Supervisor Job Description

As a Parking Supervisor at Onni Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking structures. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the daily parking operations, ensuring that our guests and employees have a seamless parking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspections of the parking structure to maintain its appearance and ensure compliance with Onni standards.
  • Assist customers with various transactions, including information, directions, validations, sales, and issues with key cards.
  • Coordinate with movers to provide directions for move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensure that parking equipment is operational and make necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Prepare and send tenant parking statements, follow up on collections, and check parking equipment for any issues.
  • Generate daily reports, including cashier reports, sales journals, reconciliation reports, and payroll.
  • Obtain estimates and bids for repairs and improvements in the parking structures and coordinate contractor activity.
  • Assist customers with key card malfunctions, ticket jams, credit card issues, and validation scanner problems.
  • Ensure tenant compliance with parking leases, including rent collection and allocation of parking stalls.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to tenant requests and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance revenue in the parking structure.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of parking experience, preferably with a developer/owner or 3rd party management company.
  • Understanding of parking management accounting concepts and experience with Yardi is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to review parking financials and explain them.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a high motivation to join a growing team of real estate professionals.
