Parking Supervisor Job Description

Seattle Seahawks / First & Goal Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Parking Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our parking operations team, you will be responsible for the planning and oversight of the operation of the Lumen Field campus parking lot and garage for daily, event, and Gameday parking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and maintain Gameday parking assignments, including internal staff, season ticket holders, and other designated game and event day parking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve parking assignments and utilization.
  • Create and manage scheduling, including call-outs and sick time for part-time parking staff.
  • Manage relationships with offsite garages to maintain relationships for event parking.
  • Partner with Lumen Field Security Department to develop, implement, and continually improve plans for vehicle ingress and egress, including traffic, parking, and pedestrian access.
  • Participate in event planning meetings and coordinate event setup and scheduling with supervisors to ensure enough coverage is maintained for a superior guest experience.
  • Supervise on-site staff, including leads, captains, and attendants, ensuring all events are executed smoothly and key performance indicators are fulfilled.
  • Assist with the hiring process and work with leads to find qualified candidates.
  • Conduct employee evaluations, as well as discipline and coach staff as needed.
  • Resolve guest complaints, urgent personnel issues, claim resolution, and escalate the resolution process as needed.
  • Ensure all parking staff adhere to all credit handling policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the administration of the departmental budget, department accounts payable spend, and approving part-time parking staff time sheets.
  • Compile and develop reports for FGI management review.
Requirements:
  • Prior parking experience is a plus.
  • Strong financial and business acumen is required.
  • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to the event schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to easily work with other management personnel to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations without compromising the integrity of the material or the situation.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Requires working at times in inclement weather at an open-air stadium.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, as well as time walking around the venue.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The salary for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000.
