Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parking stations and facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned parking stations and facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Train and supervise staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in parking operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
