About the Role

Via is revolutionizing transportation with cutting-edge technology. As a Strategic Growth and Sales Lead, you'll drive regional Sales efforts across public and private sectors to create a sustainable, inclusive, and tech-enabled mobility framework. This is a quota-carrying role that requires creativity, entrepreneurship, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and build meaningful relationships with prospective partners in your territory, leveraging your expertise to develop compelling business cases and demonstrate Via's value proposition.
  • Strategically navigate your market's unique buying landscape, utilizing research and data-driven insights to drive Sales efforts and improve transit for your community.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop regional transit plans and identify funding mechanisms, championing Via's mission and technology as the face of the company.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of client-facing experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or a similar field, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Excellent consultative sales skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives using data and research.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex problems and adapt to new environments.
  • Intuitive communication skills, with the ability to strike the right tone and communicate persuasively in various settings.
  • Superb commercial intuition and exceptional judgment, with the ability to maximize the value of potential deals.
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality, able to thrive in fast-paced environments and take on high levels of responsibility.
  • An excellent team player, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to team efforts and mentor others.
