Demand Planning Role Overview

The Demand Planner will be responsible for analyzing sales data and market trends to create accurate forecasts for Hourglass Cosmetics' products. This role will involve working closely with the sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between plans and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and managing top-down and bottom-up finished goods wholesale and retail forecasts
Leading regional forecast reviews with international and domestic commercial teams
Collaborating with operations and supply chain teams to identify and close inventory gaps when forecasts are overachieved

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or merchandise planning, retail or CPG experience preferred
Strong Excel and analytical skills required; PowerBI and Oracle Planning Cloud experience preferred
