Demand Planning Role Overview

The Demand Planner will be responsible for creating and managing top-down and bottom-up finished goods wholesale and retail forecasts. This individual will serve as a link between the sales, finance, and supply chain functions to ensure alignment between plans and will work to create and achieve consensus for forecasts through collaborative cross-functional planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and managing top-down and bottom-up finished goods wholesale and retail forecasts

Lead regional forecast reviews with international and domestic commercial teams

Lead forecasting process for new product development, sampling, and gratis

Supporting team members in training and development

Compiling monthly SKU-level global forecasts by retailer and region

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or merchandise planning, retail or CPG experience preferred

Strong Excel and analytical skills required; PowerBI and Oracle Planning Cloud experience preferred

Must be highly organized and have strong attention to detail

Passion for product, specifically cosmetics and skincare

Proven success creating and leading processes and teams

Thrive on solving problems and looking at implementing creative solutions

What We Offer

Competitive base salary range for this position is $90,000-100,000
