Customer Success Representative

About Organized Living
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key liaison between the company and its network of customers, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base. Your primary focus will be on providing world-class support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our customer base through regular communication and engagement
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional activities and campaigns
- Ensure customer adherence to company policies and pricing guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or customer relations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
