About Organized Living

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key liaison between the company and its network of customers, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base. Your primary focus will be on providing world-class support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our customer base through regular communication and engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional activities and campaigns
  • Ensure customer adherence to company policies and pricing guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or customer relations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
