ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Event Experience Coordinator to enhance our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring an outstanding experience for attendees at our Global Brands events. The Event Experience Coordinator will manage onboarding and relationship-building with attendees before and during events, focusing on communication and customer-centric support.

This position will collaborate closely with various teams, including Retailers & Brands, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Technology, and will report directly to the VP of Attendee Experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary contact for attendees, championing their needs leading up to and during events.
  • Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and prioritize their needs at all times.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for attendees post-registration, providing assistance through various communication channels.
  • Craft and distribute support communications (email/phone/text) to attendees, ensuring clarity and engagement throughout the event cycle.
  • Propose and implement processes that enhance efficiency and create seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure client success and flawless execution of events.
  • Guide attendees through pre-event workflows, ensuring timely completion of all necessary tasks.
  • Understand timelines and phases of meeting programs to effectively support attendees.
  • Assist attendees in navigating platforms related to meeting programs.
  • Conduct data audits to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Utilize designated software and tools for effective record-keeping.
  • Provide consistent updates on project status and adhere to deadlines.

WHO YOU ARE:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer experience, business development, account management, or operations within the events or retail sectors.
  • A passion for crafting memorable customer experiences.
  • A commitment to building exceptional products and experiences in the retail industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform data manipulation.
  • Analytical skills to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets accurately.
  • The ability to manage processes effectively to achieve successful outcomes.
  • A proactive, independent, and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a capacity to pivot and prioritize various projects.
  • Effective time and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.
  • A willingness to commute as necessary.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience.
