ROLE OVERVIEW:

Hyve is seeking a dedicated and professional Attendee Experience Manager to enhance our team. This role is centered on ensuring a remarkable experience for attendees at our Global Brands events. The Attendee Experience Manager will be responsible for onboarding and managing relationships with attendees before and during events, handling communications, and addressing inquiries with a customer-centric approach. Additionally, this role will assist attendees in completing tasks related to our meeting programs, including follow-ups via various communication channels.

The Attendee Experience Manager will collaborate closely with the Retailer & Brands, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Technology teams. This position will report directly to the VP of Attendee Experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary advocate for attendees, serving as the main point of contact leading up to and during events.
  • Quickly respond to attendee inquiries and prioritize their needs at all times.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for attendees once registered, providing assistance through various communication methods.
  • Draft and distribute support communications (email/phone/text) to attendees, including copywriting throughout event cycles.
  • Propose and implement processes to enhance efficiency and create seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments, including Retailers & Brands, Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to ensure client success and smooth execution.
  • Guide attendees through the pre-event workflow to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Understand timelines and phases of the meeting programs to support attendees effectively.
  • Assist attendees in navigating platforms related to meeting programs.
  • Conduct data audits and maintain accurate records using designated software and tools.
  • Provide consistent and timely project reporting, adhering to established deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer experience, business development, account management, or operations within the events or retail sectors.
  • A passion for crafting unforgettable customer experiences.
  • A commitment to building a respected product and experience for the retail industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision.
  • The ability to manage processes effectively and drive them to success.
  • A proactive, independent, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to pivot and prioritize various projects.
  • Effective time and resource management skills.
  • Robust problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience.
