Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Quality Manager at Lincoln Industries, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with suppliers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, drive process improvements, and contribute to the success of our organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining supplier scorecards, conducting periodic audits, and coordinating corrective actions.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
