Job Summary
JEO Consulting Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality assurance methods that enhance the standard of care through continuous improvement of accuracy, thoroughness, appearance, efficiency, biddability, constructability, operability, and serviceability of our internal and external deliverables.

In this role, you will work closely with Departmental Leadership to refine and maintain our 'Quality Control' process. You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding our comprehensive process for the review of all documents, including client development documents, design concepts, plans, and standards, coordination of internal and external disciplines, construction specifications, and overall contractual requirements of the client.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, and a minimum of 20 years of diverse industry experience. You should also have 10+ years of experience in quality assurance & quality control within the AEC industry, as well as 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
