Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team based out of Stamford, CT.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create elegant and functional interiors for luxury properties, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and design.
  • Collaborate with ownership and design team to understand project requirements and vision.
  • Develop design concepts and mood boards that align with ownership preferences and project goals.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree with 4-8 years' post-graduate design experience required
  • Completion of at least 2 high-end large-scale luxury residential or luxury hotel projects from beginning to end
  • Ability to create and develop conceptual designs
  • Experience in multi-unit developments and construction administration
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign and freehand sketching; Sketch Up is a plus
  • Knowledge of FF&E selection (materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling)
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
