Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient respiratory status and develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement and evaluate respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Document patient responses and progress in the medical record
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy education program accredited by the Joint Commission on Respiratory Therapy Education (JCRTE)
  • National Certified Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care or National Registered Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Within 90 days of hire National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care
  • 1 year Critical care experience as Respiratory Therapist
