Respiratory Care Supervisor

The Respiratory Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, personnel management, and clinical expertise of the Respiratory Care department in the pediatric areas of the hospital, including the NICU. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate the team to deliver patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner, adhering to recognized standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations and personnel in the Respiratory Care department
- Ensure clinical expertise and adherence to recognized standards
- Coordinate team to deliver patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care
- National Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- 5 years of recent experience in Respiratory Care, with 2 years in NICU or PICU
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care (preferred)
- 2 years of previous supervisory experience in Respiratory Care (preferred)
