  • Ticket Management: Effectively manage the ServiceNow ticketing queue, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely resolution to meet or exceed SLA requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and delegate tasks to experienced team members to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and networking systems, with a background in data center operations or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Minimum 1 technical certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of data center architectures, systems, and infrastructure; proficiency in DCIM principles and applications; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Physical Ability: Ability to walk job sites and work at heights (preferred).
  • Availability: Willingness to work all shift schedules, including 7x24x365, and be on-call for emergency situations.
