We are seeking a highly qualified Dental Practice Team Director to lead our team in providing exceptional dental care services to our patients. As the Dental Practice Team Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct patient care across our innovative Team-Based Student Clinics, ensuring a seamless flow of over 150 appointments each day.
  • Leverage data to balance patient care among student teams, follow up on referrals, and assign roles each week to keep our clinics running smoothly.
  • Take charge of approving and tracking student absences, managing clinical coverage, optimizing chair utilization, and maintaining patient rosters.
  • Ensure that students adhere to standard operating procedures, clinical policies, and guidelines in line with university, CODM, and federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years' experience in an orthodontic or dental/medical office, or any combination of education, experience and training which provides the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
  • Experience working in a large group practice setting utilizing a team-based philosophy of care and the ability to manage a large volume of patients is preferred.
  • Administrative experience required.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
