Job Summary

Tolmar is seeking a highly skilled Field Reimbursement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Services and Market Access team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal access to our products for patients in the Central Region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective reimbursement strategies to ensure seamless access to our products for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Director of Patient Support Services and the Marketing team, to create educational materials and support services for healthcare providers.
  • Work closely with National Account Directors to align payor messaging and coverage for our products.
  • Provide expert education to healthcare providers on our products, including reimbursement, procurement, and patient support services.
  • Contribute to the development of Tolmar's Patient Support Service team to ensure an integrated approach to optimal access for patients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales or reimbursement-related roles.
  • Strong market access knowledge, including commercial and Medicaid coverage.
  • Proven experience in pull-through strategies and complex medical and pharmacy benefit products.
  • Strong analytical expertise and ability to measure metrics.
  • Experience working for a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Rare Disease markets.
  • Previous experience working in Field Reimbursement.
  • Experience in developing Field Access educational materials.
Working Conditions

Office environment, requiring sitting and standing. Travel up to 50% required.
