Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Community Mental Health Worker to provide intensive counseling services to youth and their families using the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Model. The ideal candidate will have experience working with families from diverse backgrounds and be able to travel in and around the North Carolina - Goldsboro/Kinston area.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide community-based intensive counseling services to youth and their families.
  • Travel in and around the North Carolina - Goldsboro/Kinston area as required.
  • Meet family availability including early mornings, late evenings and/or weekends.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related Human Services field.
  • Ability to meet professional standards, licensure/certification and/or contract requirements.
  • Experience working with families from diverse backgrounds.
