Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a member of our interdisciplinary care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments and evaluations, implementing therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care across different departments and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon admission and throughout their stay, including physical health, mental status, and risk factors.
  • Administer psychiatric medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for side effects, effectiveness, and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, such as individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention techniques, to help patients manage symptoms, develop coping skills, and achieve treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to develop individualized care plans for patients.
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing from an Accredited University.
  • NC nursing license active, current and in good standing.

Salary and Benefits:
