Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the external sales team
- Support the external service team
- Provide assistance to company management
- Help with shipping and receiving tasks
- Manage inventory effectively
- Oversee facility maintenance
- Stage job parts for service and equipment for sales
- Handle phone inquiries
- Engage in personal development of industry knowledge
- Utilize effective time management and follow-up processes
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial or capital equipment sector; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Experience with forklifts and material handling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Availability for a standard work schedule
