Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot.
  • Communicate with customers, present our vehicles, and identify their needs.
  • Create rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network.
  • Perform test drives, and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives.
  • Follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and deliver a quality experience.
  • Answer/make calls and respond to internet inquiries / generate leads.
Requirements
  • Sales experience in any industry is preferred.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with diverse personalities and backgrounds is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility regarding travel to dealerships in Chattanooga.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good presentation and training skills.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
