  • Provide legal counsel and support to the organization
  • Manage daily legal operations and compliance activities

  • Conduct litigation and risk analysis
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
  • Minimum two (2) years of legal experience in North Carolina, in healthcare/managed care and/or federal or state government (Medicaid)
  • Licensed as an attorney in good standing in North Carolina
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
