Procurement and Supply Chain Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Management Leader to oversee the procurement of materials, parts, components, and equipment for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of purchasing related activities, supplier management, contracts management, and strategic sourcing projects.
- Ensuring adherence to purchasing policies and procedures.
- Role modeling the highest level of ethical behavior.
- Driving suppliers' total productivity cost improvement efforts.
- Monitoring supplier performance.
- Ensuring that all contracts/agreements with suppliers are in place and implemented.
- Identifying and building strategic supplier relationships for long-term business requirements.
- Cultivating and mentoring buyers to enhance their skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-10 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or Purchasing/Supply Chain management.
- Knowledgeable in various procurement/purchasing processes and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Good business acumen and knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
