About This Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator Leader at MaineHealth, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient transportation within our facilities. Your expertise in leadership and supervision will enable you to effectively manage a team, prioritize tasks, and optimize workflows. With strong analytical skills, you will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Patient Transport team members
- Monitor team performance and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure smooth patient transportation
- Analyze data to optimize workflow efficiency

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Approximately 1-2 years of progressively responsible related work experience desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
