Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Leader to manage our Cardiovascular Unit. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively lead a team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic direction and vision for the Cardiovascular Unit
  • Leading and managing a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve unit goals and objectives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital setting
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with an estimated salary range of $105,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
