Job Title: Manager of Customer Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Customer Support to join our team at ZOLL Medical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our customer support team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer support representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
