About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Centered Clinician to join our team. As a Family Centered Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of individuals and families, and develop effective treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices and approaches to promote positive change and growth.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals and families.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring agencies, and provide guidance and support to families in their interactions with these agencies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality clinical services.
  • May provide training and supervision to new staff members, and review and edit clinical records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Master of Science or Master of Arts Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Psychology.
  • State licensure or license eligibility in the field of mental health.
  • Specialized training as required by state.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks.
