Position Overview: We are currently seeking Associate-level bilingual clinicians (Spanish and English) to join our innovative Functional Family Therapy and Multisystemic Therapy initiatives. New team members will receive specialized training from external experts in evidence-based practices, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet client needs.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to youth and families within their community or home environments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and collect pertinent data to assess client progress.
  • Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation.
  • Foster positive professional relationships with referral sources, colleagues, and community organizations.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling is mandatory.
  • Additional compensation is available for bilingual clinicians.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
  • Flexible hours, including early evenings and limited on-call responsibilities.
