- 5+ years of experience in government, community development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public policy, urban planning, or community development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
