Job Title: Workforce Transformation Program Manager

The Building People, LLC, is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Transformation Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Workforce Transformation and Organizational Development business unit, you will work closely with senior leaders in the federal government and commercial sectors to drive organizational strategy and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage consulting engagements, working collaboratively with senior leaders to align organizational strategy with desired outcomes
  • Facilitate educational workshops and training programs, leveraging behavioral science and data analytics tools such as Predictive Index
  • Provide expert guidance on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs), assisting organizations in their development and management
  • Design workflows and operational charts to optimize organizational efficiency
  • Manage project or program requirements effectively, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to senior executives and other stakeholders
  • Develop and mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities and lead the capture on identified opportunities
  • Demonstrate project management and financial acumen by understanding project profitability and job-costing
  • Contribute to proposal writing and business development efforts to expand the consulting practice
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze complex information and develop actionable recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on credibility, trust, and expertise

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with Predictive Index a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • At least twelve years of related experience required
