Strategic HR Business Partner for Site Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Dodge Industrial, Inc.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is estimated to be between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to site leadership, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering open communication and trust among employees and managers, while providing coaching and counseling on various HR matters.
- Developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to ensure the site has the right people with the right skills in the right roles at the right time.
- Leading investigations and making recommendations to address employee grievances and concerns.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR or related business experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in core HR disciplines, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, and HR analytics.
- Proven track record of aligning HR strategies and initiatives with an organization's business goals and objectives.
This role requires extended periods of sitting at a workstation, as well as occasional standing and walking within the office and shop floor environment.
Essential Job FunctionsYou will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, ensuring the fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. You will also lead change management efforts, drive the facility's interaction with the local community, and partner with internal communications to enhance the employee experience.
