At Harrison Consulting Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Drinking Water Process Engineer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing business development strategies and identifying market trends to capture drinking water projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business development strategy and identify market trends to capture drinking water projects
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to successfully design water treatment facilities
  • Provide technical leadership to support team during project execution
  • Build/maintain client relationships
  • Provide guidance on conventional/advanced groundwater and surface water treatment processes (including membrane treatment processes)
  • Lead team in collaborating/team building and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and innovation
  • Participate in professional organizations as a representative of the company
  • Work directly with clients
  • Mentor/train junior staff within the water market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Master's degree in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in the drinking water industry (including process design/engineering)
  • PE License
  • Experience with the municipal water market, water treatment, water quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience mentoring junior staff
  • Active participation in professional organizations
