We are seeking an experienced Estimator to lead the estimating team in assembling successful bids to build water and water treatment systems across the nation.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in water and wastewater plant construction.
The successful candidate will be skilled in performing quantity takeoffs, using print reading software, and comfortable with cost estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid preferred). Familiarity with construction financial aspects like estimates, bids, and change orders is required.
The Estimator will be responsible for guiding the strategic transformation of customer needs into innovative system designs, aligning with IWS's overarching vision and market demands.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, proficient in organizing and driving results, along with excellent presentation, negotiation skills, and a high degree of integrity and trust.
