We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Converge Medical Technology, LLC. As a key member of our Warehouse Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing, organization, and storage of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and organize inventory, ensuring accurate and timely storage and retrieval.
  • Package, scan, and prepare shipments of medical devices, adhering to quality guidelines and regulations.
  • Operate heavy machinery and drive equipment as required, with a valid driver's license preferred.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
  • Perform thorough inspections on vehicles and machinery to identify issues and diagnose problems.
  • Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and specialized equipment, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand on feet for majority of a 6 hour day.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
