Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Create and print labels for outgoing products.
  • Enter and retrieve order information from computer systems.
  • Complete and maintain all required paperwork in an organized fashion.
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Work with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse distribution setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
