Hair Color Bar Specialist

Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the face of our Hair Color Bar, providing exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless guest experiences, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit to our Hair Color Bar.
- Act as a liaison between guests and the rest of the Hair Color Bar team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Recommend products and services to guests, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
- Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
Requirements:
- Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
- Effective communication, strong problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
