Key Responsibilities- Provide quality customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our lottery games, promotions, and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with Lottery staff to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Participate in State-wide Lottery promotional events and activities, which may require working irregular hours.
- Stay informed about all ongoing game changes, activities, equipment, and be able to explain payout percentages, game play/bonus play functions.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with the Player's Club and provide guidance on using the Montana Lottery website.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of job-related work experience or an alternate combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of office equipment, including computers, fax machines, calculators, mail postage machines, and printers.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively, exercise professional discretion, and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
