KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Performance:
  • Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product insights with customers; assists in merchandise selection or helps locate items based on customer preferences.
  • Stays informed about ongoing promotions and sales; upholds pricing and visual merchandising standards.
  • Adheres to merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention protocols as directed by management.
  • Engages in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store layouts and area maintenance.

Customer Engagement:
  • Exemplifies and advocates for the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Ensures timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Facilitates a swift and efficient checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies, coupon usage, returns, exchanges, and security measures.
  • Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
  • Enrolls clients in loyalty programs.
  • Cultivates and nurtures a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product fit and style offerings available in-store and online.
  • Keeps consistent communication with clients through a customer relationship management system.

Operational Efficiency:
  • Assists in replenishment tasks to ensure the store remains well-stocked and inviting.
  • Aids in fulfilling customer orders.
  • Supports visual merchandising directives, including floor displays, window arrangements, and signage placement as instructed.
  • Contributes to maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Ability to adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Regular attendance is essential to fulfill the responsibilities of this role, with a flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
