We're on the hunt for a Sales Associate who will help drive our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they can get their hands on the merchandise they love. You'll share your passion for pop culture, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and ability to drive add-on sales.
  • Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work the register, using your fandom knowledge to process sales transactions and drive sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix, to ensure a visually appealing store layout.
  • Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners, staying up-to-date on the latest pop culture trends.
  • Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure a safe and secure store environment.
  • Support the maintenance of the stock room, keeping it organized and tidy, and assist with other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment, with a passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
  • Superpowers in providing customer service and selling, with the ability to navigate the store and merchandise products using approved equipment.
  • Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work as a team to achieve goals.
  • The usual retail stuff: able to navigate the store, merchandise products, and pack and unpack boxes of merchandise that may weigh up to 50 pounds.

$17.30 - $18.15 an hour

Please note that the pay range for this position starts as listed, but other factors such as education, location, and experience will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
