Job Summary

The Senior Client Support Specialist will provide high-level support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Key responsibilities include responding to complex inquiries, solving problems, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Essential Functions

  • Responds to complex inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and services.
  • Coordinates with account managers to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted.
  • Completes day-to-day client support tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
  • Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
  • Assists with both standard and non-standard reporting/analytics as needed.
  • Handles billing and rebates research.
  • Assists with implementation and setup of ESI products and programs.
  • Works on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or 1-3 years of experience.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office products, email, and the Internet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsiveness, relationship building, and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, utilizing proven project management processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
