The Buckingham Strategic Wealth Client Relationship Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional service and operational support to advisors and clients. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and support to advisors and clients
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and advisors
- Communicate effectively with clients and advisors to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide operational support to clients, including facilitating monetary, maintenance, and paperwork requests through CRM
- Monitor pending new accounts and transfers
- Handle communication between custodians and advisors or clients, including researching custodial issues
- Analyze processes and procedures to identify improvements or efficiencies
- Participate in and contribute to weekly Client Service meeting and other committee meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years work experience in the financial services industry OR 4+ years work experience in the financial services industry
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating systems & Microsoft Office
- Experience with tools used on daily basis – CRM (Salesforce) and Custodians
