Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our proprietary software and solutions to school districts, charter schools, and other educational facilities in the Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with school administrators in your territory
  • Prospect and nurture a pipeline of opportunities
  • Demonstrate eLuma's software and solutions to potential clients
  • Sign on new accounts and help follow through on new contracts
  • Work with the implementation team to get new accounts up and running
  • Rapidly build your territory through thoughtful, consultative sales that position our clients for success
  • Source, develop, and close leads through conferences, email, and marketing-generated leads
  • Partner with Marketing to drive marketing-qualified leads in your territory
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with decision-makers in your territory
  • Write, present, and execute a territory plan

Requirements
  • You have experience in selling to K-12 school districts or other education entities.
  • You have experience with pipeline management.
  • You have special education experience, which is appreciated.
  • You have an understanding of Salesforce and Google Apps, which is preferred.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree.
  • You are able to travel up to 35% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
