Arbor Images is seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator/Class A CDL Driver to join our growing team. This position requires an individual who is comfortable operating a variety of heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

As an Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our tree care operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks such as adjustments, part replacements, washing, and lubrication.
  • Tree Trimming & Removal: Utilize a range of equipment, including log trucks with grapples, skid steers with attachments (e.g., brush mowers), aerial lifts, and mini skid steers, to safely and effectively trim and remove trees and brush.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with tree climbers to develop efficient and safe work plans.
  • Transportation: Transport equipment to and from job sites.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and a willingness to learn new equipment.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
