Heavy Equipment Operator

DA Collins Companies is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to contribute to the success of our civil construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, and skid-steer loaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
Requirements:
- Experience in heavy highway construction and/or site work preferred
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to report to work on time
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and travel to job sites in remote locations
- Current OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 card holders preferred
