Manufacturing Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our team at Shearer's Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our manufacturing equipment to ensure high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality snacks.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
